Your size
Color if applicable
Full contact information (Your name, phone number and street address - if shipping).
We will call you to collect the minimum 20% deposit due at time of pre-order. The balance will be due prior to shipping or at pick-up. Unfortunately, our online boutique only accepts payment in full and is not capable of accepting order deposits. You are welcome to pay in full in advance if you so choose (just add to your cart and check-out as normal).
