Shipping & Returns



We ship  with UPS . Depending on where you live in the United States , you should expect your package between 4-7 business days.  However, during high volume seasons (holidays), please review UPS guidelines regarding shipping times as transit time may increase based on surge in demand.

*FREE standard shipping to continental US on orders $150+ 
*Flat rate for standard shipping of $20 for orders under $150
*Shipments to Hawaii/Alaska, please contact the A'propos team for quoted shipping price.
*If you wish to expedite shipment you can upgrade to priority or next day service, please call or e-mail the A'propos team for a quoted price.   
*Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.

UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Should you need to use a PO Box, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. 
Please note - The A'propos team works very hard to process, pack and ship orders same day/next day (excluding holidays and weekends). 

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped. 

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, we cannot be held responsible for lost, misdelivered or stolen packages.  We also cannot be held responsible for packages that were sent to the address that was entered in checkout that the customer failed to correct.  Please make sure the shipping address you enter is where you want your package delivered, and that all pertinent information, such as your house number, suite number, or apartment number, are included and correct.  If your tracking shows your package was delivered, please check with your family/neighbors to make sure they didn't receive it by mistake.  Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, A'propos Boutique cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as hazardous weather or other service interruptions that affect packing and delivery.  

Exchanges and Returns

We hope you love your purchase! But if for any reason you need to return an item, we would love to accommodate you by offering you a gift card to be used for your next online purchase.

*Within 7 Days of Receipt for Returns/Exchanges. 
*Within 3 Days of Receipt for Damaged/Incomplete Orders.  We strive to provide the best quality and service, however, should you receive a damaged/incomplete order - please send a photo via e-mail of the damage/imperfection and we'll be in touch about the process to make it right!

We offer  store gift cards for all returns.   All items must be returned to us with the Invoice and in original condition as they were received. Returns are due to A'propos Boutique (address below) and a store gift card will be issued once merchandise is received and confirmed that it meets our return guidelines below! Credit will be applied for the price of item and will not include any shipping and handling charges. If you received free shipping, a $20 fee will be deducted. We will email you once the store gift card has been issued.



Items Eligible for Return:

*Online merchandise with return authorization per guidelines above
*Items must be received by A'propos Boutique within 15 days of the delivery date
*Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
*Items must have original tags attached 
*Items must be stain free (deodorant stains, makeup stains, pet hair, etc.)
*Items must be odor free (cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.)
*Shoes must be returned inside their original shoe box (with no signs of wear).  And the shoe box must be shipped inside a larger box. 

Items NOT Eligible for Return:

*ITEMS DISCOUNTED 50% OR MORE ARE A FINAL SALE. No exceptions. 
*Beauty Products (i.e. brushes, sponges, make up erasers, hair towels etc.)
*Undergarments
*Bodysuits
*Swimsuits
*Jewelry
*Items that have been exchanged 
*Any other item deemed “non-returnable” by A'propos Boutique
 
The above items listed are merely an example of Final Sales and shall not constitute an exhaustive list of Final Sales or “non-returnable” items. A'propos Boutique reserves the right to deem ANY sale as “Final” even if not marked as “Final” and reserves the right to classify any item as non-returnable at its discretion. If any item does not meet these guidelines, it will not qualify as an acceptable return and no credit will be issued. The item will then be returned at the expense of the customer. All items must be received by A'propos Boutique within 15 days of the shipped date. Please include the original invoice and any notes (email or written) as to why it is being returned.

Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  We also recommend obtaining a tracking number and insuring your package for the value of the merchandise being returned as A'propos Boutique is not responsible for lost/stolen packages while in transit.

Exchanges: To exchange an item, please note the requested size on the invoice. Should the requested size be available, we will make the swap and send the new size out. If unavailable, we will issue a gift card credit. Either way, you will be notified via email. Once an item has been exchanged, the item is now FINAL SALE.
